   That is much worse than I ever thought It could be. Some Ametican not elected by anybody claims to be some sort of “world authority”. Yes. Gary Davis was a decent man with some decent ideas, But who this lot is? What the word “global” got to do with it? Get the whole world get together to bully Russians into subhumans? To dismental Security Council which is the only mechanism which dear to withdraw legitimacy from US/NATO “humanitarian” bombing campaigns.

   What the model given to us – “Federalisation like US and Western Europe”. Really? Modern apparteid states where people have to “integrate” to get equal civil standing. Were racism came to a stage of detaining people indefinately for movement.

   And why nation-states have to be adandoned? O. They do not even exist as all borders were just drown by “white men”. That collonial mentality without even attempt to hide it. Hello UN, so unliked by you chosen self-determinatio. Of nations as core principle, thanks to Russians who actually practice that principle in thier state policy for a 100 years.

   Russian state dud not issue birth cerificate for non-Russian citizens. Hello. That is the situation in all states with US as one exception. These parents had to go to thier embassies in Russia and get that child birth cerifucate from country of these parents. That degree of cheap mosking a country like Russia into a violator if some “world rule” is nothing but HATE SPEECH. The type of things is illegal in Russia itself, as hatred towards ANY NATION is banned. Obviously US rules as model will maje hate speech a NORM in your “world” without Russians.

   Yet another world organisation is used for only purpose – as a Western soft power tool to rule the world by dismentaling UN institutions and spreading hatred and brainwash in global scale. Sickening.

   I think Mr Gallup has to issue an official apology for mocking Russia in his interview for something MOST other states in Earth accept as a judiciary norm.

   You cannot lead an organisation with a title “world” and act as a xenophobic twister, singing one state out of 180 others with exact same rules and playing a “name and shame” game. And them “by coincudence” demanding that veting right is removed from that verycountry in UN Security Council.

   You cannot seriously claim to be an international lawyer and an expert in how passports are issued if you make claims like this. You “did not know” then you are a fraud not a lawyer. You knew and still said it – you are a xenophob who should not run anything with words “global” and “world” on the title. Get yourself a US based lobby group and campaign for US bombing other states with impunity. The WORLD does not belong to people with that one-sided cold war mentality.
