Building a Park

Jeffersonton-area residents toiled last weekend
to help the Culpeper County Parks and Rec
Department Spilman Park in northern Culpeper
into a useable facility.

The County Board of Supervisors voted at its
July 5 meeting to advertise for a public hearing
at its Aug. 1 meeting a proposal for a
county-wide leash law. In the meantime, several
