A pipeline has worked wonders for Michigan (see above).
The U.S. Coast Guard is guarding the coasts of the Persian Gulf but says it can’t help with oil spills on the coasts of the U.S.
Meanwhile Burlington, Vermont, now uses 100% renewable energy, thereby losing interest in foreign oil wars or local oil spills. Why can’t other cities and states do the same?
Because we’re too busy trying to pay for the wars and build more pipelines.
There’s a meeting to stop the pipeline through Virginia this evening, Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2014, at 7 p.m. at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church at Ivy and Alderman Roads in Charlottesville, Va.
See you there.
