Please join us for a major fundraising event on Sunday, January 17, 2010, to benefit Rebecca Schneider for Congress, 2010.
David Swanson will discuss and sign copies of “Daybreak: Undoing the Imperial Presidency and Forming a More Perfect Union”
Rebecca Schneider, Democratic Candidate, AZ CD 6, will speak as well, and the event will raise funds for her campaign.
Enjoy a gourmet buffet dinner at the beautiful Windemere Hotel and Conference Center, 5750 East Main St.• Mesa, Arizona 85205, a 3 hour open bar, and get to hear best-selling author, David Swanson, discuss his book, “Daybreak: Undoing the Imperial Presidency and Forming a More Perfect Union”.
This will be David’s only stop in Arizona. Donors enjoying dinner or the cocktail hour will also receive a signed copy of David’s book.
Dinner, cocktails and presentation: $250 donation/sponsorship – begins at 5 pm;
Open bar cocktails and presentation: $100 donation (still receive a signed book) – begins at 7 pm;
General admission: $25 donation with a cash bar and opportunity to purchase the book – begins at 8 pm.
Special guests and dignitaries will be joining us and will be announced later.
